Pop up restaurantやショップがここ最近はやっているようですが、今回は食とアートの融合イベントが
「The Minotaur and Pret A Diner」と題して、WaterlooのOld Vic Tunnels内で2週間、期間限定でオープンします。
食、音そしてアートを全てまとめて楽しめるというコンセプトになっているよう。
ただレストランの方は前もってレジスターし、更に予約が必要になるということです。
ここは以前アーバンアートの展示に使用され、あのバンクシーの初映画作品で大成功となった「Exit Through the gift shop」
のプレビューが開かれた場所でもあります。
トンネル内ということもあり、とても奇麗とはいいがたい場所ですが、そこでミッシェランスターシェフにより提供される食を楽しめる
このポップアップレストランを体験するのもおもしろいのでは？
展示会のみ観たいという方は、チケットが５ポンドということです。
チケットはサイト内から購入可能となってます。
Banksyのエージェントとして活躍してきたSteve Lazaridesがアートを担当。
トップクラスのアーバンアート作品を堪能できそうです。

Lazarides and Kofler & Kompanie present The Minotaur and Pret A Diner –
at the Old Vic Tunnels from 10th to the 25th of October.
In a innovative partnership with Steve Lazarides, KP Kofler will introduce
Pret a Diner to the London stage for the very first time, with top
Michelin-starred chefs Nuno Mendes (Viajante, London), Matthias Schmidt
(Villa Merton, Frankfurt) and Juan Amador (Amador, Mannheim).
Steve Lazarides has commissioned artists from his international stable to each
create their own interpretation of the classical myth ‘The Minotaur’ within a
stunning Labyrinth installation
